Festival visit
The next ZURICH POP CON & Game Show will take place over the weekend of September 26 and 27, 2026. We will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00.
The ZURICH POP CON & Game Show will take place in the halls of Messe Zürich at Wallisellenstrasse 49, 8050 Zurich. You can find more information on how to get there here.
We are looking forward to many great cosplays, but there is no costume obligation and many visitors come in "normal" street clothes. But what is already normal...
You may photograph and film for private use. Please note our Festival Respect Code and our Guidelines for Content Production! You are NOT allowed to take photos and videos for commercial purposes. Photos and videos for commercial purposes require prior written consent.
The ZURICH POP CON & Game Show is not only a meeting place for fans, but also an experience for old and young and the whole family.
We ask parents to note that individual cosplay costumes and exhibits may not be suitable for unprepared children. Therefore, children and teens 14 and under will only be admitted when accompanied by an adult.
Thank you very much for your interest! Without the help of volunteers, the organization of ZURICH POP CON & Game Show would not be possible. That's why we are always looking for dedicated volunteers. Here you can find more information and the application form. Please fill it out and send it back to us so we can assign you as requested.
Ticket purchase
Tickets for the ZURICH POP CON & Game Show are available in advance via Ticketcorner. To avoid waiting times at the entrance, we recommend purchasing tickets online in advance.
Advance ticket sales will end shortly before the festival. If the festival is not sold out, day tickets for the respective day can still be purchased at the box office. The box office opens at approx. 11 am. We recommend purchasing tickets via the official Ticketcorner pre-sale so that you are sure to get your tickets and don't have to queue at the box office on site.
The ticket prices vary depending on the ticket category. There are weekend tickets and day tickets. Here you can find the ticket prices.
To save you a long queue at the entrance, we offer several variants of day tickets (number of tickets is limited):
Day Tickets - from 10 am: With this ticket you can already enter the halls from 10.00 am and thus have the whole day to hunt for bargains and autographs.

Day Tickets - from 1 am: With this ticket you can sleep in comfortably, enter the halls with a relaxed admission procedure from 1 pm and still have enough time to experience the festival.

Children up to their 9th birthday do not pay admission. Under 14s are only permitted to visit if accompanied by an adult. Children and young people up to their 16th birthday pay a reduced admission fee. We do not offer a student discount. We recommend that you do not purchase tickets via secondary dealer platforms. You quickly pay enormously high prices there or acquire an invalid ticket. You can find more information about this here. Purchase your tickets only from our official ticket partner.
We always recommend that you bring a printed ticket with you. However, you can also show your ticket directly on your smartphone. In both cases, make sure that the QR code or barcode is clearly visible! We cannot scan photographs of tickets

Accessibility
The ZURICH POP CON & Game Show is a very diverse event. There is a lot to discover on 30,000 square meters of festival space. Many sensory impressions, several stages, loud noises and music, flashing lights, special costumes and cosplays, spontaneous and planned shows or performances, as well as large and sometimes dense crowds are spread across the entire festival.
We recommend that people who are sensitive to irritation take personal aids with them, such as noise-canceling headphones and/or an accompanying person. If you need some peace and quiet and a break in between, it is best to relax in the fresh air in the top Hall 7 or in front of the exhibition building.
Yes. Toiltets accessible to wheelchairs are marked on the hall plan, as are the corresponding lifts. In addition, there is a fast line at the entrance for fast admission. Wheelchair users:inside and accompanying persons buy a standard ticket.
Assistance dogs are welcome at the festival, but must be registered in advance, providing appropriate proof.
The type of impairment is irrelevant for admission, but only fully trained assistance dogs will be admitted (assistance dogs in training or emotional support dogs will be rejected).
An application in advance is necessary, because it is not possible for us for organizational and safety reasons to check the eligibility of an assistance dog on site at the entrance. In addition, we would like to avoid unnecessary waiting times or discussions at the entrance by this procedure, which should be in the sense of the persons concerned and their dogs.
If the admission requirements are met, we will transmit a unique assistance dog admission code, which will ensure rapid admission at the designated entry gate at the event.
We would like to point out that humans and dogs will be exposed to a wide variety of non-ordinary stress factors (noise, lighting, public address system, bustle, high density of people) at the event.
Here's the registration form (Deadline: September 10, 2025)
Please contact contact@zurichpopcon.ch beforehand and we will try to arrange your con visit as best as possible.
If you need some peace and quiet and a break in between, the best place to relax is in the less crowded Hall 7 or in front of the exhibition building at the fresh air.
We also recommend bringing your own preferred hearing protection (Pamir, earplugs, noise-canceling headphones, etc.) to the festival. That way you can always fall back on them.
More useful info

Yes. Off into the open air for a breather or smoke break!
