The festival site is wheelchair accessible.
The outdoor area in front of the trade fair can be used to recover from the hustle and bustle of the festival.
Assistance dogs are permitted on the festival grounds, provided they are registered in advance and appropriate proof can be provided. You can find more information in our FAQ in the "Accessibility" section.

Awareness: Peaceful coexistence and respect for all
We look out for each other and respect all peaceful people, regardless of their religion, sexual orientation or lifestyle. We do not tolerate discrimination and expect people to treat each other with respect. Inappropriate behavior or harassment can result in immediate exclusion from the festival or even a report to the police. Anyone who feels uncomfortable or needs help can report this to our security, bar staff, our organization team or our volunteers at any time.
So that all visitors can have a good time at the festival, we ask you to read our Festival Respect Code in advance and to adhere to our rules of conduct.
Buying a ticket
Tickets for the ZURICH POP CON & Game Show are available in advance from our ticket partner Ticketcorner. To avoid waiting times at the entrance, we recommend buying tickets online in advance.
The advance ticket sales close shortly before the festival. If the festival is not sold out, day tickets for the respective day can still be purchased at the box office.
In order to avoid long queues at the entrance and to ensure a pleasant festival experience for everyone, we offer four types of day tickets with different admission times:

Afternoon ticket - admission from 3.00 pm
In addition to the day and afternoon tickets, there are also weekend tickets with which you can visit the festival on both days.
Children up to their 9th birthday do not pay admission. Under 14s are only permitted to visit if accompanied by an adult. Children and young people up to their 16th birthday pay a reduced admission fee. We do not offer a student discount. Persons with disabilities and their accompanying persons do not receive discounted admission.
Cloakroom/lockers
There is a checkroom where clothes and bags can be left during normal opening hours for a fee. Bags and rucksacks will be checked at the entrance and may be brought onto the festival site.
Cosplay and clothing
Every year we look forward to many beautiful cosplays - whether homemade or self-purchased. Cosplayers:please note our weapon and cosplay rules. However, you can of course also visit the ZURICH POP CON & Game Show in normal everyday clothes or your favorite outfit. We recommend that you bring comfortable clothing and, above all, comfortable shoes, as you will be walking quite a few kilometers on the large festival grounds and will be on your feet for a long time.
Food and drink
Food may not be brought onto the exhibition grounds from outside. However, there are various food stands (including vegetarian and vegan options) on site. One drinking bottle (max. 0.75 liters, no glass) of non-alcoholic drinks per person is permitted
Exceptions include food for babies and small children as well as food and/or medication required for allergies or similar. You can find more information on this in our FAQs.

Payment options
The standard currency at the festival is Swiss francs (CHF). At most stands it is possible to pay by credit card, cash or even Twint. You will find an ATM directly to the right of the main entrance to Messe Zürich.
Photography and filming
You may take photographs and film for private use if you adhere to our Festival Respect Code and our Guidelines for Content Production. Photos of cosplayers, artists, booths and visitors may only be taken with their consent. NO photos or videos may be taken for commercial purposes.
Security and bag control
Our security staff are authorized to check bags, rucksacks and luggage at the entrance and to carry out additional security checks. Security staff are also on duty in the festival halls. Cosplayers may only take replica weapons belonging to their costume onto the festival grounds after prior checking at our weapons control. Approved weapons are marked with a ribbon. You can find more information on this in the section below.
Weapons control
If your cosplay includes a replica weapon, you must present it at the weapons checkpoint in the entrance area. There it will be checked for our weapons regulations. Approved cosplay weapons will be marked and you can enter the festival with them. As at most events, realistic military costumes and troops are not permitted. You can find details on this in our weapons and cosplay rules.
